The location was really great! And the staff was extra friendly and helpful.
The heating system really struggled to heat the room adequately. Body wash in the shower was out.

The best part of this stay was the staff and their service. They were friendly, helpful, and Always cordial! Breakfast was high quality and kept fresh. A guest complained about the noise made by some of my party, and my family was moved to another room. The best part of this was 1. There was no additional charge to us, and 2. The room was larger! Very nice.
There were a lot of light bulbs burned out, and switches that weren't marked.

Breakfast was good. Hot food options as well as standard continental breakfast fare.
Staff-I could not say enough good things. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful.
We were there for ECU orientation and the location was great.
We were in a king suite and it was perfectly sized for me and 2 teen daughters. Also full kitchen (no oven but stovetop).
It was disappointing that the pool was closed in the middle of June in the south and there was no notice. I was traveling with kids and they were looking forward to the pool. Also we were there Tues-Thursday and pool was opening Friday

The free breakfast in lobby was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fireplace worked perfect. The TV amenities were great. 
The sell the pool area which is very nice but the pool wasn’t open my whole entire stay the was disappointing and misleading we brought bathing suits anticipating  using the pool

perfect location close to restaurants and stores. the bed was super comfortable and room large with sofa and kitchen.
room did not get cleaned by staff while I was there. they said they clean every four days.

air conditioner makes so much noise. my family can’t sleep at night. also bed sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

The TV tried to watch Netflix called front desk she didn't want to come up and help I paid $550 and can't get help with there service

Nice staff, clean rooms
The only reason I booked this hotel was due to the pool, in hopes of my boys enjoying it after a long, hot day at the ballfield. Pool wasn’t opening for the season until the following week but I wasn’t aware of that when booking. Price for the room was way too high, especially if the pool couldn’t be used.
