The location was good for my visit. I lived the fact I was on the first floor.

We were not made aware of breakfast. We did not receive any room services, no clean towels or anything. The room had a hole in the wall and carpet separated from the wall.

The pool was great and room was clean. The air conditioner worked well.

It was the absolute cheapest, disappointing breakfast ever at a hotel. Five out of six of the days there were no lights. No napkins available and open one gallon milk carton in refrigerator. This could be considered cross contamination and they should have individual milk containers. Huge ruin stains on fitted sheets. Had to exchange towels daily as housekeepers did not come to the room for six days.

Other guests in the hotel decided to throw a party late on our first night waking us with loud music and excessive noise directly outside our room. Hotel staff was slow to break up the party and said, "They are all drunk. What do you want me to do?" Eventually he was able to disperse the group. The second night we were awoken again by the same drunk guests banging on our door at 2:30am. Our room phone was not functional. It was missing buttons and there was no dial tone.

Emma, on the front desk, was excellent.

The breakfast area was disgusting and a health hazard. The breakfast choice was awful. Better not to offer breakfast. The added pictures show the absence of choice and the fungus growing on the juice machine tray. It clearly has not been cleaned for a long time.

Location is very nice as it is in distance of stores and restaurants. Room was spacious and place was quiet at night. Check in process is easy and the lady at front was welcoming and funny.

Beds are true to the full size

Room was nice size and bed was comfortable. Quiet for a rainy night and parked right in front of our room. Near everything with a quick drive.

There was confusion with our room. Booked for queen room and they do not offer queen rooms like mentioned on site. After about 30 mins of talking to booking.com customer service and the lady at front desk, I was given an accommodating room.

Good location, room was immaculate, employee at front desk was warm and welcoming. I wasn't expecting much but ended up so pleased with this property. It was quiet, clean. Had everything we needed! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
