Location
Property pool was filthy and unable to swim. My grandsons like the pool.
Breakfast isn’t edible
Scrambled eggs are terrible and omelette were burned
No one ever answered the front desk phone when I called

Near a lot of things we needed and close to family that lives there
Couple of the staff weren’t very friendly acted like they didn’t like there job. Room wasn’t cleaned good. And the outside sitting area was never cleaned.

Hot tub wasn't working. I guess the grill has been removed since last time we stayed. Was still fun but didn't have those two things we wanted.

The desk/room divider in our room shook anytime you walked around in the room and made a rattling sound.

Breakfast was fair. The location was good as it was located near the stadium.
The staff was poor and did not seem to care. The internet speed was poor, it would not support the streaming service that the hotel provided.

Clean facility. Swimming pool had not been cleaned that morning as the was dirt on the bottom of the pool and beer cans in the spa. Tile was also missing from the spa, which was dangerous with sharp edges. Clean room. Good breakfast.
