Homewood Suites Dallas Downtown

This property is very clean.

The breakfast was great the rooms were spacious and the the staff was top notch.I plan to come back again next year and the hotel is super clean.

Nothing to dislike the facility is close to everything downtown especially the convention center

Downtown area

Parking could've been better

I was disappointed with the parking situation. I would have preferred the option to park my own vehicle, especially since I drive a Tesla and am not comfortable having someone else operate it. I won't go to a place where someone has to drive my vehicle again. The valet process also took longer than expected. When my vehicle was returned, the driver's seat had been moved significantly and was not returned to its original position. I understand that valet attendants may need to adjust the seat in order to safely drive the vehicle, but I would have appreciated having it returned as closely as possible to the position in which I left it. Overall, I enjoyed other aspects of my stay, but the parking experience was frustrating. I would strongly prefer that guests be given a self-parking option, particularly those who are not comfortable allowing someone else to drive their vehicle.
