I put a "do not disturb" sign on my door from the time I checked in Sat. and yesterday, Sunday around 10 am, I left out, closed my door and my "do not disturb" sign was still on handle of door. When I returned around 230, 2 housekeeping staff members were standing near my door. When I approached my door I noticed my "do not disturb" sign was missing and my door was cracked open as I was about to use my entry key. I turned to the 2 ladies and I asked them had they been in my room and they both seemed kind of jumpy and said it wasn't me and pointed to the cameras and said check the cameras. When I went into my room, the "do not disturb" sign was lying on floor behind door. I called the front office, reported it and she told me she would look into and get back to me. I never heard anything back. Checked out this morning, Monday around 8 am or so and reported it to this lady and she wrote it all down. I just feel so violated and dismissed. "Do Not Disturb means "Do Not Disturb"!
