Best Western Patriots Point

It was very clean. The staff are pleasant and willing to help. Enjoyed my stay here

I did not have any issues with the property

Location

Flat pillows toilet seat too close to shelf and kept closing on its own

Staff was very nice and it was a nice location we loved our stay

Shower was lukewarm at most and it didn't matter what time of day early morning or late evening My side of the beds the electrical stuff did not work Breakfast was not very good at all but then again we did not stay there for the breakfast

Great location. Price was decent. Staff were nice - helped us move rooms.

From the outside, it looked nice. The inside revealed it's a bit older - smelled musty in foyer and our room. Could not get the hot water to work in the shower. Took a little barely warm shower, was not great. Called front desk and they were able to move us. Was not the same size bed, but did not want to have the same issue the following night so we switched rooms around midnight. The next room we were in did not have working entry lights and the main tv remote would not work, so could not watch anything. Both rooms had shower floors that made us want to use shower shoes
