The location was convenient-10-15 minute drive to the festival grounds, the Las Vegas Strip and various shopping centers. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that there was a vending machine in the lobby area.

The property was very dated. The exterior of the building could use a facelift or a fresh paint job. The landscaping was not well kept and the parking lot was a bit trashy. Once indoors, the lobby area was quite small, not much seating area…The furniture was well loved and definitely could use a bit of TLC. The property smelled a bit musty…. not sure what to attribute it to… The room itself was decently sized but it had issues. The hardwood floor was nice but it wasn’t cleaned very well. It smelled like animals had been in there.. The beds had no blankets. When we requested blankets, we had to pick them up from the front desk. They were in plastic bags. One blanket had multiple holes and stains on it. The room lacked basic amenities. There was an older microwave but it was dirty. No refrigerator, no complimentary water or coffee maker…There was no closet and inadequate storage space, especially for four people…The beds were ok but the pillows were terrible. I could tell they were old , not quality. Room 207, the bathroom was a decent size but only one sink. The shower was nicely updated but there was no soap dish in the shower, so nowhere to place soap or towel while bathing…The AC worked well but it had a foot-like odor to it. The heater was even worse…The burnt smell consumed the whole room and we worried about sleeping with that smell looming so we aired out the room with the AC… There was a lot of running around in the room above us and we were startled more than once by men yelling threats at female companions…once heard inside the hotel and heard a separate incident out in the parking lot… I didn’t feel like the property was in a necessarily unsafe area but I felt on edge after hearing those exchanges. Though the shouting by each man was short lived, I felt concerned for the safety of the women. I’m hoping that these were isolated spats between couples and not a part of a human trafficking situation.

Filthy, torn carpet in hallls, one curtain hanging off a few hooks, air conditioner grinding and whinning all night, no soap (use body wash), charged $25 extra, but would retrun if we checked out (?), unlocked "security door" during day. No coffee or food provided. It is Skanky! Do not use!

The cost was too high for accomodations no tv a very musty smelling basement room . When i checked out they were trying to charge me another$40 dollars that they could not really justify this room almost cost me $200 for a room that shouldn't cost no more by than ,$70 tops will never return to this hotel again

That it was somewhat comfortable for last min check in . If needed to at last min I would check in again but my blow dryer didn't work and I wasn't satisfied with my accommodation. Maybe if I was offered a better room with a better view it would have been a bit better and a bit more comfortable I was in a room where non smoking but yet again I can still smell the smell of smoke in my area .that's why I would but wouldn't recommend to stay

I didn't like how my blow dryer didn't work .also I didn't like how we where in a non smoking room but yet again could still smell the smell of cigarette.my clothes smell like cigarette after my stay.
