Muy buena atención del personal, también muy buen desayuno y limpieza. Habitaciones amplias. Las camas también muy cómodas. Lamentablemente no tuvimos tiempo de poder disfrutar la pileta.

Se cayó el sistema en el momento del desayuno, pero no fue problema, ya que al tener la reserva en la app con dicho detalle, pudimos acceder sin inconvenientes. No necesitamos usar el escritorio, faltaría la silla, seguramente la traían de haberla pedido

Booking .com lies and stated breakfast is included in price, there wasn't a breakfast buffet. We had to pay for breakfast. I would like a refund from booking.com regarding this misinformation and saying breakfast is included in price. That was a lie.

Booking.com lied about breakfast being included. The hotel didn't provide free breakfast we had to pay for it. But it shows in my reservation from booking.com, "breakfast included in price". I have the receipt from booking.com. not hotels fault. But booking.com I'd think. Please fix! I chose this hotel with the advertisement of breakfast included. . We had to pay for our breakfast at hotel.

From arrival to departure, issues were extreme. My card was overcharged and then told it was declined, there were little bugs in the bathroom, the room smelled old, the shower handle was broken so our water pressure was low, wand let’s not get on the bartender/waiter (QUIN) at the bar… One word RUDE‼️ He had an attitude because of the size of our party and when trying to converse with him, he kept saying, “I’m just ready to go, I have a woman at home”! When attempting to order breakfast before we departed, the waitress stopped waiting on us to play with a service dog that entered the restaurant! I’m totally disappointed and my family and I will NEVER stay here again.

love the indoor pool and balcony rooms and great place to hang out and great for the price

I liked it being pet friendly, the bar that served beer and liquor, the treadmill functions that worked, the indoor pool and the large carpeted area around the pool and hot tub. The food at the restaurant and staff were excellent.
