Beds were comfortable. Showers are nice. Staff was friendly. Room was bigger than expected....very nice. So was the bathroom. The bathroom shower and toilet were separated from sink....nice.
Lose plug outlets between the beds. It felt like the charger was going to fall out from outlet. No outlets on side of beds. No lotion. Incidental fee app. $25. Noise from highway traffic. Snoring noise from refrigerator. Reserving pool due to Covid. Scaled back breakfast due to Covid. (During breakfast on checkout, I found out that there were scrambled eggs and potatoes. I was told at check-in there was a bag breakfast).

EVERYTHING!..... The staff was the best part. Exceptional service! I definitely would recommend them. The manager was walking around checking on everyone and clearing breakfast plates off the tables. I wish I had/ could have this kind of experience at every hotel I stay at.

The main guy who was at the front desk during breakfast was fantastic. Always super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. He found ways to serve his customers and did it with a cheerful, friendly attitude. All of the staff was amazing. Best customer service we have ever had!

The cost of Hyatt in Chesterfield Mo: Was Not Worth it!! Cost to high based on cleanest. Hyatt need better cleaning staff. Fringer prints was all on headboard and the carpet was not clean. The view looking at another hotel Dury with swimming pool.* should had booked at Dury!! Hyatt had No swimming pool.
Holiday Express is way better .Far as the cost of Hyatt at this location is not worth it. The parking was limited 😒 and you had to walk around from the back of parking lot to ONLY TWO DOORS TO GET IN and Out. NOT SAFE TO FAR AWAY ONLY TWO ENTERS AND EXIT WAYS!!!
I WILL NOT STAY EVER AGAIN at this Hyatt is Not WORTH IT!! One Handicap parking space. There charging you for Chesterfield location not for what it's worth 😉

The room setup with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa was ideal for our family.
Bathroom was a little tight, but we made it work. Also the water in the indoor pool was extremely cold.

I stayed at other Hyatt place hotels and this was the worst. The window view I had was a hallway. I could hear the desk staff in my room because I was right above for the price I paid for one night it was not worth that.

Staff was completely professional and responsive to anything needed or asked. I'm not just typing a cliche review about this place. They legitimately are a very well ran establishment. The breakfast was comparable to IHOP literally. I've never stayed somewhere that serves the breakfast like the Hyatt did. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location and everything about this place is excellent.

the walls are paper thin. could hear the group next door as if they were in our room. also numerous loud kids running up and down the halls after 10:00pm. when we told the manager the next morning he was rude and not apologetic

I liked the quality and cleanliness of the room. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. The location on the Freeway made it easy to get around. Being from NZ the staff were great in answering all of my questions
