This is our second visit to this property. The rooms are lovely and the staff is professional & friendly. There were no problems with reservations, check-in, or check-out.

During this second stay, we had a problem with not having any luggage carriers on arrival and retrieving our car. The valet parking was congested & inefficient. Also, the bar was not staffed adequately.

The room, pool and front desk. Location .I would stay there again if ever in OKC

The food in the breakfast room was usually just warm to cool. Lot's of noise from bars across the street but with windows closed no problem.

There were two sides of the property, that was cool. it was also close to the city center and a lot of cool things to do

parking, the parking lot right next to the property was crazy expensive.

The breakfast was dried out and the juice container was empty and they would not refill!

Bed bugs, dirty, argumentive and inconsiderate staff!!!!

Everything was clean.

We were given a different room than what was advertised in the room description but she was able to switch us next door. When we first arrived the hallway smelt strongly of sewage but it got better. Our toilet clogged #1 but the repair guy was fast on the 2nd night. I think this property may have a pipe issue as the shower pressure was terrible and paired with the smell and our toilet not wanting to flush water waste. The pool was cold but oh well spa could have been hotter. Overall it was fine for the price we paid on a holiday around 140$ total. I didn't like that you have to pay for parking either valet of $30 or the garage a block down for $7. This is OKC not Chicago or New York.

The size of the room and it's location. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

No hot water in the morning for a shower. The elevators are extremely slow. Plan on waiting 5-10 minutes to get up or down and you can't use the stairs because once you find them (all the way across the building from the elevators) they don't stop at different floors and only take you to an outside door. Requested to be close to the other couple in our party, we were on the second floor, they were on the eighth.

Staff was super kind at check in

Pillows are very uncomfortable and offer no support! The breakfast was very poor and milk was sour. Juice was watered down and sausage was like rubber. Our floor we stayed in smelled like sewage and was very unpleasant
