I enjoyed my stay except for one thing. See below.
There was a dirty towel in my bathroom. I left it there to see if housekeeping would change it. They never did. I was in room 126 and it was the towel on the left.

Good location for our purposes. Friendly staff.

Day one: Breakfast helper seemed pissed she was having to help with breakfast. Pancake machine not working.
Day 2: It was good and the male worker was pleasant working the breakfast.
We chose this hotel cuz of a pool advertised. There was no useable pool. I would not have chose this hotel if I knew this. The kids wanted a pool to swim in. You should have updated the webpage. I understand it was under renovation, but I didn't know this when I made the reservation. I also asked if there was a roll away as we had 5 in one room. They said they had some but none available when we arrived.
