Bring robbed of 102.00 and never was there ,my grand daughter got the place mixed up with a different one cuz her papa was having surgery and just clicked on then it and we were charged for absolutely nothing,and we don't got that kind of money to give away,it's a very bad neighborhood and we use to stay there along time ago but not since it's not safe for females, anyway I called y'all right back after the mistake was made and was told I couldn't get it back so we ended up sleeping in a tall back chair at the uams hospital near papas room, very disappointed and broke because of this

The staff were actually the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. The night staff were friendly, kind, and even gave me an cold beer they had on hand when I asked how far I would have to walk to get a convenient store. Then the next night, one of the managers took me to a nearby store. I have never had a hotel staff treat me so kindly. They were very professional, but they all felt like old friends. I almost never write reviews, but this staff/owners/managers were so kind, open, helpful, and friendly, that I wanted to write a special review. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room worked well, which is a rare find in hotels in this price range. Someone who lives in Little Rock suggested I change my reservation, because they felt it wasn’t the best part of town to stay in. However, I found the place so well maintained, friendly, and quiet (despite being near a highway) that I plan to stay there on my next visit. Big thanks to Harvey and Kinjal. Best hotel hosts I have ever had!

They could have served breakfast. Otherwise it was great!

This was a surprise experience for the money. Very clean and I can't say enough about how friendly the guy at the front desk was!

The coffee pot/coffee in the room. Made very weak coffee. It is a cheesy pot BUT the front desk is just a walk away and fresh coffee there at 6am.

It seemed to be clean. The shower worked properly. The TV was OK.

There was no coffee maker in the room. The TV seemed to be missing channels. It is very close to I-630 and the noise from traffic frequently permeated the room. I was frequently disturbed by police sirens.

Location is excellent for going to the hospital Beds were clean and comfortable

There was a broken ac sitting right outside our door on the floor. The door was difficult to open and close. We stayed 2 nights but only had towels for 1 and getting food delivered took 2 hours, several places we called said they wouldn't deliver there even though they were less than 3 miles away.(Not the hotel's fault)

The property was very clean and the staff were very nice and professional. Very quiet and comfortable no issues. The room smelled so good
