It was a nice stay. Wish I could have stayed a little longer.

The room was very clean and the décor was nice. It felt like a room in my home, even the bathroom had a 'homie' feel while also being modern. I appreciated the voucher for breakfast; that was a nice extra bonus. What I really appreciated was the black washcloth specifically for removing makeup. I thought that was a nice added touch. My husband was even impressed. We will definitely stay there again.

I would have preferred an iron in the room, but did read that it was available upon request. I will remember that for my next visit.

Great location to stay for Sight and Sound Theater

The facility was clean and staff very helpful. The stay came with a breakfast voucher at restaurant across the street which had great service and food

Very clean the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one issue water pressure in the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean breakfast across the street was very nice.👍

Shower water pressure has a lot to be desired prepared to spend a lot of time in the shower if you wash your hair.

A beautifully remodeled motel with a good location for visiting Amish Country.

This is a lovely renovated older strip motel. It is beautifully decorated and totally updated. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is at a wonderful cafe right across the street. We had our choice of several hot options. The food was very good and the coffee was great. I can highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Accomodations...lacking.

The room was exceedingly clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly, very helpful. The location was great and the vouchers for the Speckled Hen were greatly appreciated.

My allergies hit the roof everytime I was inside the room. Sleeping in the room overnight was extremely uncomfortable, to the point of having dry cough and sore throat by the time we're checking out. Check the AC unit and room for mold,you can also smell the humidity/mustiness. Also,AC unit was super loud.

Amazing, comfy, very clean, and friendly

I really liked the bathroom. It was really clean. Sufficient towel and the overall ambian of the room. The staff, Tim, Tyler, and Matt, were very friendly, polite, and professional. The extra touch of providing water was beyond what I've experienced anywhere else. Love it!!!

Everything was excellent. I can't think of anything that could have been better.

I love everything about staying here. It feels so homey. the breakfast at the speckled hen is amazing. The location is perfect to the attractions like sight and sound theater. I’ve stayed here two years in a row and I won’t stay anywhere else.

Beautiful property, lovely setting! YOU won’t be disappointed!

I picked out The Carriage House for my adult daughter and me to stay this weekend from the pictures I saw and high ratings I read about. TRUE!!! Beautiful property! CLEAN!! Beds were VERY comfortable!!! Cute cafe across the street to grab breakfast!! ( fresh berries and granola-topped yogurt was amazing—- included with room stay)!!!Great feature for check-in—-liked the code to access room—-no plastic “key” needed!!!

There was NOTHING during my stay, that I didn’t like! Everything was perfect!!

Perfect place to stay when visiting the Lancaster area!

The room was so clean & comfortable. This was our second time staying there. We’ll definitely be back again! Loved the Speckled Hen too!

Overall everything was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable

Space of rooms was nice. Bonus of having a separate sitting room was nice with microwave and refrigerator. Cleanliness overall was satisfactory, except tiles in shower were dirty or stained. Great water pressure.

A nice place to stay

The bed was very comfortable. There was an adequate amount of towels. Grateful for the soap as I forgot mine. The room was very clean. Was able to make same-day reservation.

A digital alarm clock on both sides of the bed would be nice. Also, we intended to play games but there was no table. I understand there isn't much room for one. But perhaps a folding table and chair(s) would be helpful..

We look forward to staying there again next time we come.

The inn was easy to find, the property well kept and well lighted (we arrived at night), attractively decorated for the season. Check in was a breeze, the room was VERY clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for us to visit the Sight and Sound Theater which was the reason for our visit. The breakfast at the Speckled Hen restaurant across the street was delicious.

I loved the decor; the property; the bed was super comfy; and management went out of their way to make me comfortable!

I was in a basement room. I prefer to be above ground because I have asthma but, like I said earlier, Management made sure I was comfortable.
