Position is amazing, one of the best spots in Miami Beach and a wonderful ocean view.
Lots of amenities (beach access, pools, fitness studio, playroom).
Devices are old for this type of apartment, some of them would need a renovation. Fridge was noisy during the night and the conditioning system was also noisy. I used the sofa to sleep in the night and it was uncomfortable.

It was beautiful. I loved how clean the apartment was and everything you need is in the room. The pool was very clean and the perfect temperature. A lot of good places to eat are just a couple minutes walk and a grocery store to get some things. But hands down the best thing is the VIEW! I would be back in a heartbeat just for that view alone.
My biggest complaint is staff. They were helpful and answered any questions we had, but they were a bit rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them whenever I had a question. They were just very short and one of the workers almost ran us down by the elevators with a luggage cart. Also the shower was very unsafe. It’s very slick and there’s no safety rail.
