Good Price

Our first room had trash over the floor, we got a new room. That night loud construction noise at 3 am was coming from above waking us up and keeping us awake. The next morning, I went up and saw how they were ripping out drywall in the rooms above us. Horrible planning resulting in a horrible night for us. Hard to find the office. It was in a separate building in an abandoned Mexican Restaurant. Very spooky!

Room was large and clean. Very quiet. Pet friendly. Price was reflective of facilities needing to be updated.

The place is old and needs updating.

Location was very convenient to our event.

My room was OK, bed was worn out, bit for the price it was OK. A friend stayed in another room and there was no heat and no hot water. I know of at least 3 families who had no hot water for a shower. I feel this is a poorly maintained hotel with an owner who doesn't care.

The staff was helpful, however, I had to drive down to the office to contact them due to their phone not connecting.

In the first room I went into, I killed six bugs right off the bat. Second, the TV didn't work and the handset connection was broken when I tried to reach the office by phone. I managed to hold the phone plug and dialed O but no one answered. I then drove down to the office and the duty manager gave me a different room.

This was my 4th time staying here and the sheets were clean.

Sissy, our breakfast attendant, was bright, sunny and helpful. She even got the kids some coloring pages so us adults could finish our meals before we got back on the road. The most surprising thing though was the room, especially the bathroom, clean and very well maintained. No cracks, no frays, very comfortable.

The only thing that didn't wow us was that the bedding was a little thin. However, with how clean and comfortable everything else was, we are not complaining.
