At least it is CLEAN. The room is tiny, the bed is on this awkward metal platform that I accidentally kept kicking.
I'm still thankful I was able to find a room for under $100 on Sat. , and within an hour of soaring eagle when there was a concert. It was still an hour away, but anything close is $300 or more.
Good points are cleanliness, location isn't bad. TV was ample with plenty of channels, and it came with a decent fridge for my drinks and snacks.
Highly recommend House Of Fortune, just down the road past McDonald's for chinese carryout!!
Check-in was smooth. However, the electronic card for the door started failing within the first hour. Mgr guy was courteous and reset it for me. Didnt have a problem after that. He explained to keep it away from my phone, which I did, and didnt give me problems after that. Room is tiny with sort of a weird platform for the bed. Hard not to kick it, especially for tall people. Room is a bit outdated,. Floor is laminate which was fine, with 2 of 4 walls between rooms are cinder block, which helps keep things quieter. Cant quiet down the traffic from the road though. Lucky for me I was towards the back.

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of hot water. The owner/manager was also very helpful when we needed assistance with our door card reader.
The furniture is a bit old and worn.

It was clean, which is what I check for when I get in a room. The front desk was friendly and helpful when I needed it. I travel alone for work and I felt safe while there.
The bath towels were very thin, the only "bad" thing i can say.
