Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

The website lists parking is $21 per night. Apparently it changed quite some time ago to $35 per night but not updated on the site. That is a 40% increase! Deceitful, especially after paying over $1000 for a two day stay. We should never have had to pay more than what is advertised and should be refunded for the difference. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Elite Member and am very disappointed with this.

Location is good.

The room wreaked of bleach. It’s great that the room is clean but I couldn’t open a window to air the room out bc the windows do not open. And the bleach smell didn’t go away. Was overwhelming. 😞 Very disappointed.

Was a little expensive for the type of place.

We love the proximity to Becky’s and everywhere else in Old Town.

The room was clean

Location of the room was so far away from the elevator. The staff was not friendly. No toiletries and had to beg for coffee, creamer and sugar. My car was given back to me full of seagull crap. It was so bad on all four sides we asked what happened and how could you give our car back to us in this condition. I was told to drop the attitude by the valet guy! Would not recommend this hotel

They lady who worked the breakfast who seemed to be in charge. She was amazing and did everything she could to help us with anything. Sorry I didn’t catch her name but she worked Monday morning and was there on Sunday late afternoon.

The front desk staff. We’re not willing to help with anything except check in. Not overly friendly. Only could valet park. No self parking. Pouring rain and no place to sit a bar or get food. Everything closed on a Sunday.

Facilities are well-cared for and tastefully decorated. Staff are great!

The AC was quite loud and woke me twice when it kicked on. Consider adding some recycling bins on each floor. There was an air filter in the room, but the filter and canister did not fit together well, so I question its usefulness.
