The room was clean and organized. Loved how close the building was to the boardwalk. The parking was good, at times it was harder to find one, but it was still good parking. Loved the deck outside the bedroom.
The only issues was that the toilet and the sink were very low, it was harder for us to use those facilities. Do not drink coffee, it would be nice to have tea available.

. The room was clean and the location is great, close to everything. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in a couple of days
was great, close to the boardwalk and shops.
We stayed at Biscayne Suites once before and
had a much nicer suite. This one was kind of
drab. The sofa was worn and uncomfortable.
One of the bedroom lamps could not be turned
off by us or the staff, so we had to sleep with
the light on.
