Absolutely disgusting. Food smeared all over the wall, bed wasn’t hardly made, bathtub disgusting, bed bugs

Hallway was super hot. Ac was down but I saw a technician stop by in am

minutes after check in i do a quick inspection I discovered a destroyed hair dryer holes in the wall I reported to the personal in charge and still they did not return my deposit.

The staff was courteous.

The suite was dirty and the furniture was extremely worn out. There were tears and rips in the sofa cushions. There was a chunk of the cushion missing from the desk chair in room 308. It definitely wasn’t what I expected for the cost!

Very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly when I asked for a desk chair. Great location

The first room that I was giving. The bed wasn't made up. Then about 11:30 pm someone decided to make the fire alarm go off. Not what I needed after driving 10 hours from my home in Florida.

The suite was spacious. Parking and location were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The furniture was very worn and dirty. The sleeper couch still had very used sheets and blanket. The whole room smelled like cat urine. The toilet leaked a puddle. Chunks of food left under the refrigerator, things left behind the dresser, and a broken off prong was stuck in one of the sockets I went to plug my charger in to,

Room wasn’t clean, old furniture, poor poor breakfast-not at all as pictured.

The room was filthy. We had to ask the management to have someone come change our bedding as the bedding was visibly soiled, and the floors looked awful.

The first room I was given was very nasty. The couch had stains and so did the carpet. The air vent had mold around it. The furniture had water damage on it. Went down stairs and was given a second room which was covered with bed bugs.
