Staff was very nice and friendly.
I loved the views from my room window, location was good.
Beds were comfy, room was clean and the hotel was quiet.
Breakfast was meh, I really wasn't impressed.
I was upset that construction was going on outside and it was never mentioned on booking! The whole point of booking this hotel was the outside seating with fire pit.
The halls and elevator looked disgusting and dirty.

The staff was friendly
The pool was unavailable at the beginning of our stay because a swim class was occupying it. That evening when we went to the pool, the spa was not working and dirty. The next day the pool and spa were closed. We chose this hotel for the pool, so it was frustrating not to get good use.
The breakfast area was dirty. The outside seating was filthy.
