We had to wait 30 minutes for our room (3:30) but the staff were nice about it. One in particular but I didn't catch her name. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was very good sized and clean.

The area is a little rough for us but we come from a small and very clean and safe town. There wasn't much to do around there, but there were a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The underground parking is nice but the spaces are super small. Like I said, our room was not ready at 3pm either.

The comforters were beautiful and the pillows were comfortable 😉

My teenage girls were excited to swim before we headed out to the concert but when they got to the pool they were met with a closed sign. I believe that information should have come from the desk when we checked in, it didn’t. I paid $196 for a King suite and we were put into a VERY CROWDED double queen room (I didn’t have the time or energy to fight about our room to the front desk, she had lines of people waiting to check in and I just didn’t have the time.

it was within walking distance to several places especially the arena .

the area was very loud and had some sketchy individuals hanging around the property area and nearby streets.

The TV didn't work...called the front desk they didn't have any room advailable to move too. Surprised they didn't even try to send someone to fix it. The TV didn't have any signal.

we had several incidents with homeless/drug/mentally ill individuals breaching hotel. The parking gate doesn’t close immediately and allows access by individuals into the hotel. There is no key card lock entrance into the elevator area and the elevator goes straight up into the hotel floors. The homeless wander the floors of the hotel. We were accosted twice at breakfast. when I went to complain to the manager she had locked herself into the office due to being harassed by a mentally ill person. The guests had been left to fend for themselves until the police arrived. Terrible customer service.
