Nothing really . As I was checking out a very nice person helped me with ice machine. One on my floor didn't work.
Time I waited just to get checked in. Seemed like 10 minutes or so. Ice machine on my floor wasn't working. Some type of bug looked like water bug crawling on night stand. Felt like something crawling on me all night. Very loud music coming from somewhere. Reported it . It stopped not sure if at local bar or where coming from.

No breakfast served just coffee
There was a wildfire and my family was mandatory evacuated and our dog. I appreciate that the reservation process was easy to get thru and that you accepted our dog. Thank you
There was a lot of guest who did not pick up there pets poop and I feel that the staff should step in for the bad pet owners to insure the grounds area is clean and sanitary

Good location, they gave me accomodations for my mother. The place was clean and the staff very nice and attentive
The bathroom courtines were very old and hanging improperly. But still good service

Location close to the Gainesville VA Regional Hospital
Plenty of restaurants nearby and to I75 for ease of travel.
I really hate to complain, but the air conditioning in the room was set at seventy two and never reached eighty had a restless night of sleep. Due to the heat

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch bei später Anreise war noch eine sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption anzufinden. Jederzeit konnte man sich am Wasserspender seine Wasserflasche auffüllen. Tee und Kaffee ..."
