I have been staying at Sunrise Gardens for many years, long before Vacasa took over management. The location is the draw for me.

Since there is no longer any property manager staff on the premises, the property has gone downhill. The air conditioner was off and so was the refrigerator. Additionally, the door code didn’t work, and the maintenance guy who showed up unannounced was rude and took no pride in his work.

Great location, close to the city pier, the boat service, and the trolley bus. Nice pool. Clean apartment.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Very noisy double bed. Both need updating.

Super Lage, Strand und Pier fussläufig zu erreichen, netter Pool. Alle relevanten Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig.

Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem und klein. Eher für kleine Kinder. Geeignet. Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt besser für drei Personen geeignet.

Laundry, location, good heating in cold weather

Insufficient cutlery, small pie pan, no clothes hangers, no salt & pepper, only a dribble of water at the kitchen sink, a water leak from under the fridge ( which we couldn’t figure out.

Nichts. Wir haben da nicht übernachtet.

2 Wochen vor unserer Anreise wurde die Buchung storniert, weil der Eigentümer plötzlich renovieren mochte. Vacasa hat ums zum Glück eine Alternative in direkter Nähe angeboten, die leider keine Terrasse hatte und eine viel schlichtere Poolanlage. Ansonsten war die Alternative gut. Nur echt unverständlich, dass ein Vermieter so kurzfristig die Unterkunft absagen kann.

A/C and heat did not work

Vacasa assistance, Booking assistance, Apartamento in very bad conditions, many equipments ironed, parking slot far from the apartment, disgusting conditions of refrigerator and dishwasher. I informed these bad conditions since I arrived the apartment and a lot of blá blá blá and nothing have been done from Vacasa, neither from Booking. I felt robbed. Independent of any contract, if the property, rental management and booking evaluate the pictures sent and doesn't apologize and refund the money, something is definitely wrong!

Location and Pool area are great, everything else is below par.

Poor cleaning, Disgusting cutlery, See photo's, (it took till over half way through the Holiday to get new ones, despite "Reaching Out" to Vacasa, the servicing agents, more than 5 times,). Very poor water pressure, Holes in the breakfast stools. New Fridge Freezer that they couldn't be bothered to take the wrapping off, just peeled back the sticky plastic covering, that they could reach and leave the rest to attract dust, (I think that sums them up). Generally a tired resort which is under managed. Would I go back? Unlikely, unless it was the only one available.
