The cabin is perfect, cozy and beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect for West Yellowstone entrance. Staff was super friendly and we really enjoyed our visit and definitely recommend.

Queen size beds would have been better but did not impact our stay or sleep.

Room needed updating. Paint missing on walls in bathroom and floor was dirty.

Price was high for quality of the room.

Location was beautiful

Needs longer stay time with the amount of money it cost

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had the 3 beds, 1 bathroom and kitchen cabin. Luckily, it was just 2 of us as it was very cramped. The beds were not comfortable (and we tried all 3 of them). The kitchen is super tight with no Venta hood for ventilation while cooking, so we had to open the front door when it was 30 degrees outside, so the smoke alarm didn't go off when cooking bacon. The shower curtain was about 24" short in width to cover the entire shower area, so it was cold when showering. The outlet over the bathroom sink was practically hanging out, which was a dangerous electrical situation, especially being close to water. The bathroom sink had minimal counter space around it, so very cramp if you had 6 people in this cabin. The TV doesn't face the couch; it faces the 2 beds and the 2 uncomfortable rocking chairs. So, you either sat in the rocking chair or had to lay in bed to watch TV. When we tried to move the arm holding the TV towards the couch, it would go back to its original position. Cleaning staff couldn't speak English, so difficult to communicate with. We left our room one day at 7:30 am and returned at 3:00 pm. The cleaning staff came about 3:15 to clean the room, but we were showering and getting ready for dinner, so we couldn't communicate to come back in 30 mins and we would be done.
