Room 204 was clean and looks remodeled and up to date. The wifi in this room worked great, I was working from the room and was able to work pretty comfortably throughout the day. I had no issues with my car parked over night in the parking lot which is always a good thing. The property is right off the Blvd and close to many shopping centers and restaurants which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I did not take photos of the lobby or the outside as it wasn’t anything worth capturing.

The property needs some exterior work, a repainting of the property would give it a newer more welcoming look. I did find a small dead roach in the sink which was not a nice sight to see but I imagine it made its way up the pipes because I did not see any roaches elsewhere.

The charged me 50 dollars more than the price I paid for and didn't explain to me why plus the person at the window gave me a weird look when I checked out

there was nothing I didn’t like 16 mins from downtown, but it doesn’t feel like it. no sirens kind of an industrial area.

Rooms had been renovated & were pretty comfortable. Not too far from down town and parking was great.

Very close to a busy street so it was kind of loud during the and early mornings. Also the Ice machine was VERY outdated & had to pay for ice.
