Village Inn on the Lake

Very nice area right on Lake Michigan.

Everything was fine. Room floor needed mopped as it was dirty. Also, a guest should not have to pay for the putt putt golf. Make that an amenity for staying at the hotel.

Loved the location and our room view was great. Pool facilities were perfect for our family too. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. The mini golf was also well kept up and we had a lot of fun playing a round. It's centrally located and Manitowoc and Two Rivers are only 5 minutes away. I also loved that you could walk across the street, hit the trail and walk/bike. There is beach access across the road down just a short walk. Beach was so pretty!

The only concern was the bed - it was very hard and the room was a bit outdated. The outlets were also not by the bed in the room. None of this would deter me from staying again, we will be back :)

I enjoyed the beauty and location. The spa was clean and the staff friendly. The rooms are beautiful.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Made it difficult to rest. Also, whoever is cleaning for them needs to find a new position. My husband and I clean for a living and things were awful. We had to go get wipes for the toilet and we were trying to knock down a ton of cobwebs. The floor was extremely sticky and very dirty as if it hadn’t been swept or watched. It’s truly a shame because the place would be beautiful with a proper cleaning and not something where only surfaces were wiped 5)343 was so much dust on the bottom of the bed and the posts I had to take allergy medication.
