The staff was WONDERFUL! Happy hour was fun and breakfast was good.

Well, we were in town for a funeral and are all 65 or older. So - it was a huge bummer that our elevator broke twice. Also - the pool was not open the first night and we were only there for two nights. It seems there should be some sort of discount - when amenities are not as they were advertised. Honestly - I would have given this hotel/staff the very highest rating if it weren't for these major disappointments.

Beds were so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a hard platform. Did not sleep well at all.

Location was good with many food options on the same street. Security guard at night made us feel safe and he was very friendly and kind. Outdoor grilling area was a nice bonus. Treasure chest in lobby for the kids was cool.

The laundry facilities were out of service but then somehow were back in service but staff continued to tell us they were not working. Staff was rude when I called to ask for more towels, a blanket, and a pillow for the 4 persons that were on the booking (room only had 3). The common areas were not kept clean. The room itself was ok. Sofa bed was horrible. Sofa cushions stained. Sheet were stiff and scratchy. Shower head was extremely high pressure with no setting to decrease. Breakfast was poor. Very limited options. Spa was closed the entirety of our stay. The fact that parking was charged but sister hilton property next door with same lot was free, is absurd. room price was too high for quality of the place. The picture online make it look way nicer ad more upscale than the reality. Felt like a disappointment since I was willing to pay a little more for what i thought was going to be higher quality.
