Brookings Inn Resort

Overall the property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and they’re pet friendly.

The only problem we experienced was the TV didn’t work. We even switch rooms and that TV didn’t work either.

no towels for pool. Only window overlook parking lot. Hot tub out of order.

It was great that we could have our dogs. Our room was very clean. Woman that worked in the evening was nice.

Check in time said 3 on website and book inside the room, but its not until 4 and they aren't very nice about it. Response was they hadn't updated it? We had to sit and wait. No apology. No coffee in the office, but you have a little coffee maker in your room. And they had a coffee candle that smelled wonderful in the office. Woman that worked when we arrived was rude. Seemed like she was annoyed to have customers. Soda machine stole $, but they said it wasn't their problem, to contact the vendor. Obviously they knew this was happening and didn't even care to put a sign on it.
