Best Western Plus Pratt

Rooms were comfortable. Lobby clean. Good breakfast.

I did not like that the room I reserved and paid for was not available upon arrival. Was given a room that smelled like smoke and didn't meet the needs of our family. When I requested this to be fixed the desk attendant blamed another coworker saying they weren't paying attention, then that the guest booked earlier. We learned they booked after I did. Regardless, I need the 2 problems fixed. Smoke smell and not enough beds for our family. Eventually we got to a solution but it was painful and unnecessary.

Breakfast was excellent. Hubby loved the jacuzzi.

Breakfast was very good with various selections.

Being able to get a first floor room and the selection of bed pillows was nice.

The breakfast selections, especially for the price of the stay, were fair at best. The staff were more interested in visiting with each other than attending to business.
