Die direkte Strandlage mit sehr bequemen Strandliegen und das ausgezeichnete Restaurant mit tollem Frühstücksbuffet sowie Fine Dining am Abend haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns beim unglaublich lieben, herzlichen und aufmerksamen Team bedanken – insbesondere bei Alex, der uns mit seiner freundlichen Art die Tage am Strand noch schöner gemacht hat. Das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade sowie der Obstteller am Strand, der aufs Haus ging, waren wirklich tolle Überraschungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

The entire team was amazing! reception, Spa (Tatiana was great!), restaurant and beach team, cleaning - everyone was so nice and friendly! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, very good breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was a very special menu, great chef!

We were there when the weather changed and it was windy and cold, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool or beach. We took a room with a private pool and it wasn’t warm enough, it could have been a bit warmer when the weather is cold.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The facilities are excellent, with everything well maintained and designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, what really made our experience special was the fantastic staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, and their genuine warmth and willingness to help really stood out. They made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The food was another highlight — everything we had was delicious, fresh and beautifully prepared, with plenty of choice. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great facilities, exceptional staff and excellent food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

We liked the room and the fact there is anti-allergic sheets which is very important for our family as we have allergies to strong chemicals used for cleaning. We liked the service - all the crew was professional, quick and friendly We liked the breakfast and the restaurant sea view

The very strong and non-stop music that was techno beating all day long from 8 am to 8pm. We think that for such place the right music is part of the experience. Best is the sound of waves, of course. It was frustrating to feel the music vibration in the suite from the strong beats even with earplugs while trying to have a nap. I understand why Blue Carpet use this kind of music but for us is incredibly disturbing and influencing the overall experience. Even if we liked everything else, if the beach music keeps being so loud and with strong techno beat we're not coming back to Blue Carpet which is sad. Also the cats... I understand the cats can be very cute animals...but myself and my son we're allergic cats and animal fur overall... I was disappointed to see street cats in the hotel begging for food during breakfast and dinner and disturbing the clients.
