Bed was comfortable

Bathroom was filthy, there were multiple people having parties and being loud all night. There were stains on the chair that were gross.

We can’t say we liked anything

No Wi-Fi or cable TV and not made aware until late check in. Front desk said it’s been out for weeks. Just a sign on door sorry temporarily no TV. Coffee was not made when we departed at 6:30 on a weekday. Floors were dirty we kept our shoes on.

The conformation number you gave me they said was not a good number and they had no rooms available. And couldn’t help me to try and cancel the booking

Loud fan in the bathroom, tall shower head, comfy beds, check in was no problem. Location was great.

Breakfast was over at 9, we slept in so we didn't get it. Just wish it went until check out.

Old facility, but they kept things clean and maintained. Good for the value.

Every corner of that room was gross! So dusty, patched up holes all over the room it looked horrible, bathroom light fixture was all cracked, the tub fixtures were not attached to the wall at all. We thought we were getting a whirlpool tub. Black mold all over the heating/ ac unit inside the room, we had to shut it off it smelled so bad. Horrible headache from it. Drapes barely hanging from the curtain rod. Hair dryer was broken. Your photos online are extremely deceiving. I drove 8.5 hours from Michigan to get a dumpy room. I wasn't happy. I will never stay at another Quality Inn again.

The bathtub faucet dripped constantly and then the shower didn't work. The room had cobwebs and the shower curtain had stains on it. The complementary breakfast ran out of food. Both desk clerks I talked to were not helpful at all.
