Staff was not friendly or pleasant from the beginning. As a return guest, I did feel a big surveillance. In my opinion due to no shame. But prejudice behavior. The money I've spent with this place?

Everything about this rental property was perfect! The whole place was immaculate inside and out. The bed was very comfortable, it is close to the beach, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Quiet location in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood. Impeccably clean. The staff, mainly Marcia was very friendly, gave a lot of information, and tips on where to dine, answered all the questions, was very personable, and clearly cared about the facility. I saw her every morning cleaning outdoor tables, and lounge chairs by the pool, making everything clean and perfect. She made sure everything was Ok every time she saw us. This is definitely a place to return to.

the staff, all the details they have available for the guests: umbrellas, chairs, pool floater,… everything very clean.

the sofa bed was not the most comfortable, the tight spaces for parking (my car got nicked) and the lack of shadow for the parked cars.

The location is great. You find yourself in the middle of multi-million dollar houses, but this small hotel fits right in. It is well maintained and very cozy. Easy walk to the beach. Walk or short drive to shops. Very quiet. Our room was facing the pool, but it was not noisy at all. I appreciated the quality of the construction materials and furniture around this hotel. It is definitely a 'gem' as someone else stated in another review.

A hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. Quick beach access across the street. Old school Florida complex - mid century mod but very well updated and appointed.

Really no complaints. There are no services within walking distance - so you will need a car.

Marcia is very helpful and accommodating! We did not just get a free room upgrade but she allowed us to check out late.
