desperately needs remodeling 

Breakfast was ok. Not alot options but we was satisfied.

Pool needs upgrading.

Our car WASN'T broken into...thankfully. Beds were comfortable at least for the few hours we slept there.

Very strong SMOKE ODOR in our room which was supposedly a smoke free room, small room, noise in hallways late at night. The whole family saw a man passed out at the light, on the ground I guess from partying too hard at the STRIP CLUB NEXT DOOR!

The room was prepaid for me but upon arrival when I gave them my card for incidentals the lady behind the counter refunded the card that booked it and charged the whole thing to my card. So four hours from home im out a room charge I wasn't prepared for plus the pinta I used to pay for it it the first place. I will never use anything by Wyndham again

I like how the staff are helpful and show support.

I didn't like the way my room felt with the area. But it was an exceptional stay nonetheless.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

No water pressure.

unclean. mold on lamp shades, refrigerator dirty, floors not cleaned. other guests were so loud.

Breakfast aceptable

Bath exhaust noise, pillows old and hard,. We change a room because first the ac has large noise, second room 2 hair dryers broken. The third one works

All but one staff member was pleasant and nice to deal with. The one was very rude and hateful during a simple phone conversation.

Breakfast was bland and very minimal. Stains on the couch in the room. Minimal water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast was good.

While I was in my bed a roach crawled on me and after I killed that one another was on the bed. I called the front desk to let them know and the lady tells me she doesn’t know what to do. So I asked her if there was any raid available to spray my room and she said no I will tell the maid in the morning. When the maid came she said nothing so after a day of fun I bought my own raid to spray for any other roaches in the room.

The staff was HORRIBLE! They closed the pool on Labor Day. I am disabled and the elevator was broken!
