Very clean and organized. The bed felt like a cloud. Friendly and helpful staff

The facility was nice but the room Was not.

The shower was filthy. The bed was directly butted up against AC VENT making sleep impossible.

The price was a little high

Breakfast. Not very good. Not many choices

Housekeeping staff was excellent!! They were efficient and accomodating. All were pleasant to speak with and made it clear they wanted our stay to be great.

Night manager seemed to have no idea of procedures or how things worked. Afer a very late arrival (we advised them of plane issues) found our toilet not working and with a small leak. Neither housekeeping or front desk (where we had checked in just moments before) answered the phone. Went down to the desk where clerk said he'd check for a plunger. He couldn't find one and chose not to check housekeeping carts or rooms on sleeping room floors despite my suggestion. Also suggested he call his management contact for advice.... Plunger was set outside our room about 6:30 AM. Asked morning desk clerk to advise management of procedure issue and to ask someone to confirm back that it would not occur again. No response. Breakfast was plentiful tet rather ho hum. Would have liked an option for a dark roast coffee as regular seemed a bit weak.
