The booking was screwed up - the second booking in a month that got screwed up by booking.com. We specifically requested a King. The hotel said they had no record of it. I showed them my booking.com confirmation. they didn't care. they tried to put us in a King on a floor under construction as an accomodation. total joke. facilities sucked, pool was out of service, front desk help didn't even know this. location is run down. Hilton hotels are a low level cut-rate hotel. they are NOT 4 starts as advertised.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Parking was not free and was very expensive. Breakfast was WAY over priced and should have been a complimentary continental breakfast - it was a rip off. Many people walked away when they discovered the prices. Our toilet ran continuously and affected our sleep.

Tesla Charger

This was my worst stay out of 8. Dark, dreary room, had to change because it was freezing. Then given the same dreary room one floor up. It made me depressed. Sunday morning was the worst. They are renovating rooms at the hotel, so why would they put me underneath a room that they began working on at 8 AM on a Sunday morning I used to live in Palo Alto. It’s illegal to do any kind of construction work on Sundays. It was so loud and awful Rugs were being pulled up stomping hammering this one on for an hour and a half. Of course I couldn’t go back to sleep and I desperately needed a good nights sleep before a 20+ hour flight to Asia. I reported this at checkout, but they should have compensated me somehow. I won’t be staying here again.

Comfortable

Checkout was at 12:00 pm yet housekeeping walked in on us while we were sleeping at 9:30 am, without knocking or any announcement. My daughter was sleeping in her underwear and a tank when staff walked in. Two hours later, still before checkout time, staff walked into the room again.

Size of the room

Everything was out of services... Poor expensive breakfast..

Staff was VERY pleasant and friendly. Accommodated our request for rooms close together. Location and parking was great. Food at dinner was great! So nice to have good shower products in large sizes to minimize waste. Loved the extra blanket pillow in the room so I didn’t have to call housekeeping. Air conditioning worked great.

Room was adequate but dark. Wish we could keep adjoining room doors open without propping them open with a shoe. Would be nice to have an area to walk and potty pets since you are pet friendly. Need to look at my bill against my credit card statement. Seemed like things didn’t match up but need to wait for final charges to post, so not sure on that yet.

I enjoyed the room, the staff was very nice. The breakfast was marvelous
