Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue Downtown/Seattle

I had gone a bit early on 3rd before the check in time of 4 pm. If check out time is 11 am, there can’t be so much gap between check out time and check in time. Check in time should have been 2. I enquired with the reception ( a lady ) to check if early check in is possible , and she was so indifferent and agitated and just brushed me off like an Unwanted guest. It does not cost to talk politely. For a moment I regretted having booked in that hotel . By the time I came back later at 4 pm the counter staff had changed sgd the second shift staff was very mad be to me .

Spent the first half of the day in Seattle and then the second part of the day in Bellevue. Great location and easy to find! I gave 9/10 only due to needing to pay $19 for parking. I did not see anywhere when booking that it was paid parking, maybe I missed reading that requirement. Check in was quick and front desk service was great. We actually forgot our toothpaste this trip and the front desk clerk was able to offer a couple packages of paste, so it was wonderful not having to go back out to a store. They had an indoor pool but unfortunately it was very busy. Room was nice, bed was comfortable- a little on the softer side, we prefer more firm, but no complaints, we slept like babies! Had a nice chair and desk table to sit at. Bathroom & shower was in nice condition with good water pressure. Window view was overlooking a little park with lots of trees, or it was a lot with lots of trees - very nice not having another large building next to you. Breakfast was good - had oatmeal, toasts, waffle batters, little omelet fold overs, meats and i think a potato option. Coffee, water, and juice were available. We spent the night on a Saturday night and so Breakfast was Sunday morning and it got busy quick - but still felt like there was plenty of room for people to spread out and eat. Will definitely stay again!

TV felt like it was on the older side, it kept dimming brightness and we couldn't find how to change it in the settings, but wasn't a big deal.

The staff were very friendly, and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and spacious. It was just a few minutes from Bellevue Square Mall, and just across the street from additional shopping.

Room was big, good location and overall great hotel

The staff was really not friendly nor helpful in any way. Going into an argument during the check out because the lady at the front desk does not want to give me an invoice for my stay is really not enjoyable!
