Perfect location

The location was great, very close to the city centre and Sarajevo’s old bazaar. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They were also very kind about letting us check out an hour late.

The only issue was that some insects came in through the open windows, so this could be improved.

city center location

There is no kitchen, and we had nowhere to do our laundry; there is no washing machine. The apartment owners promised to handle the laundry for us but never did—be prepared to wear dirty clothes. There is no space to relax; the patio in the courtyard was occupied almost the entire time by local workers who talked loudly and smoked late into the night. We had to keep all the windows closed to cut down on the noise. Privacy was poor—we had to keep the only window covered with the curtains almost all the time because those workers would sit right outside it. The room doesn't look like it does in the photos—it's much worse.
