Small selection of breakfast items

Breakfast was awful. Packaged items were stale.

There was blood on the comforter, a contact lense on the floor from a previous occupant, and dust everywhere

The evening desk attendant was very kind and friendly.

There was razor stubble in my sink. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. There were long dark hairs on the floor. The bed coverlet had a cigarette burn and multiple rips. My expectations were not high as far as ammenities go, but I did expect cleanliness.

Bed was ok

There was dead flys and roaches in the restroom and corners of the room, the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned there was someone’s drink inside. Hair in the bathtub!

It did appear to be clean, and no bed sign of bed bugs. The mattress was okay, and the linens appeared to be clean.

Over all not the best choice for a group/children, but would be great for out of town workers etc. We had two rooms with 8 people total. It seemed to be mostly work crews staying here, trying to sleep. That could be good or bad for you. Just a heads up :) -We arrived with our stroller and belongings, suprise no elevator. -We went to swim around 4pm, we were told there wasn't enough pool towels for us - but we could get a $50 fine if we use the room towels. -We were getting situated in our rooms and got a noise complaint before 6pm (just for going back and forth from eachothers rooms and the kids in the halls talking etc. 9pm, okay I could understand that. The kids were indeed quiet and respectful of the halls by bedtime. -Breakfast was very very simple. We grabbed the bananas and some coffee/milk and didn't bother with the rest. There was cereal and some bagels, however only 3 small tables of 4 for everyone in the hotel. So we couldn't have breakfast with my nieces and nephews before departing. -over all not very family friendly (unless you have all older kids).

Door lock was aproblem

Breakfast was great, even had low carb options. It was quick and easy to have breakfast, not busy. Really enjoyed having cottage cheese available.

This room had an adjoining door, even with being closed, could clearly hear the noise level in the next room and especially shower activity.
