The coffee at breakfast was good,and the service was amazing, but the bagels were stale.

They very badly need to clean their walls, light switches, doors, ect.

Not a thing.
Our room had stains on the comforter, curtains were ripped, hair all over the floor in the bathroom, shower nozzle didn’t work, and A/C was poor.

Wasn’t very clean. Bathroom had lots of hair that didn’t belong to my spouse or I. The shower ceiling and wall very visibly dirty. As were the shelves in the shower that hold the soap and body wash & etc. the area next to the toilet had crumbs. There crumbs on the bed spring when I pulled the comforter back off the bed. You could tell the housekeeping doesn’t pay lots of attention to details. Didn’t take any photos because we checked in around 11/11:30 PM after driving hours we were exhausted. We checked out the following morning.

The only thing that was great was the staff. The first room we checked into wasn't even cleaned by housekeeping. The second room had filth on the walls and event he tv remote just had clear tape on it. The bathroom was not cleaned.
Cleanliness, the halls smelled dingy, and the rooms were musty and dirty.

The staff went well above the call of duty. They were very friendly and helpful. Though this was an older hotel, the premises were clean and I enjoyed the layout of the room.

The beds were very wrinkled almost like it had JUST been slept in. This was my only complaint

Close to everything
Didn’t keep up with the coffee it was always cold. Weekend cleaning crew didn’t do such a hot job.

Stayed 2 nights and room was not cleaned. Inquired at desk and was told it’s done on request, but I had not been informed of that.

I made the mistake of staying here again. Didn’t realize it was the same hotel because the pictures look different. Won’t stay here again. It just is not comfortable with the type of people that stay there. Last time I was there they were arresting people on the first floor.  the bed hurt my back on the pillows hurt my neck.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
Room wasn’t the cleanest tub had hair all over the walls from someone shaving and the sheets weren’t too clean
