Everything was great

Was staying for a wedding nearby, 3 hours after 3.00pm check in we still weren’t allowed to our room. No one from from the hotel could tell us when we were allowed into our room, every hour we checked and got a blank expression from one staff member and attitude from the other staff member. Same answer every hour “we are waiting to hear from our supervisor” am I to believe the supervisor doesn’t check in with the front desk in over 3 hours? Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Luckily we had friends in another hotel nearby that allowed us to get changed to make the wedding on time. The night staff were friendly and helpful as we only got the keys to our room when we came back from the wedding later that night, however the day staff should be retrained in people skills and the lady at the front desk should have the stick removed from her ass and learn to talk to people.

I like that they had a pool, breakfast included and they laundry staff brought extra towels and blankets quickly.

the kitchen wasn’t cleaned well. the pullout bed underneath it was filthy and the cover on the pullout bed was soiled and disgusting. I had to call for clean linen and pillow covers.

The amenities in the room were perfect for our family. The ability to cook and store our food was great for a family of 4.

There was only 1 way from the highway to get there.

I love the location of the hotel, it was perfect location with many restaurants nearby. Also, I forgot the mention the room were absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and peaceful. Our room was in perfect location ro catch the beautiful sunrise. What a warm feeling.
