Holiday Inn Express & Suites Price by IHG

Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and heathy choices and coffee with real milk Room was clean and I appreciated white bed and clean interior design

All good, beds a bit stiff, but nice

Nothing really The construction on a holiday weekend replacing the tile grout was annoying!

Good breakfast. Had coffee pot in room-very good, but unusual for Holiday Inn Express

More wash cloths provided for the room

Spacious rooms, nice breakfast.

We arrived late at night. We had booked a room for 5 people, and the receptionist insisted the room wasn't fit for 5 due to safety regulations. Then she insisted we have to pay for an extra room for the 5th person. After a long, hostile conversation with her and her manager we got an extra room, without a guarantee we wouldn't have to pay for it in the morning. However, the receptionists in the morning were very kind and apologetic, and even told us that the originally booked room was indeed fit for 5 people. In one of the rooms the shower drain was clogged.
