Mały wybór pozycji na śniadanie. Osoba nie tolerująca glutenu i laktozy nie mogła zjeść nic. Łazienka znajdowała się w korytarzu

The location was very central to every place we wanted to go to. The hotel rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly to me and my dog.

The room was a little disappointing. I had upgraded to a “city view” room and it really just looked at one other building and over the pool. Our bathroom was also a handicap bathroom and the shower was super slippery. And the first night our AC was not working and when we left and told the staff about it we came back about 7 hours later and no one had come by. They ended up moving us to a different room but even the maintenance person seemed annoyed that he was addressing this issue so late. Also the valet was very expensive and they were never at the valet stand so we had to wait 15min every time to get our car.

Perfect location! You don’t get the noise of Bourbon Street, but it’s within walking distance.

Very clean and convenient to all the local attractions!

Just wished housekeeping could refresh the rooms during stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. I liked the free coffee. I liked needing a key card to go up the elevator and at night to get in, made me feel safe. It was such a special vacation, that I will continue to stay here. Pool table a bonus.

Little construction not a big deal. Bathroom door stuck so we couldn't have any privacy. And we had to squeeze in and out of the bathroom.

The area was close to the concert that we were attending

With a few misunderstandings on the hotels part they did compensate but it frustrated us to have too switch rooms and go without breakfast the first day
