We were only able to stay for one night at this hotel, but we really liked it. The man behind the desk greeted us in a very welcoming manner, there was tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available any time, the breakfast had lots of choices including hot dishes, and the room was comfortable and clean. And the cost was reasonable too.

Clean hotel. Good mattress and shower pressure. Very good breakfast. Friendly desk staff. Located on the highway south of town, towards the Caverns.

Noise from motorcycles (racing?) on the highway. Hot water was slow to reach the shower. Ice machine on 4th floor not working. Pretty trivial irritations but next time I'll ask for a room on the back to lessen highway noise.

It was close to where we needed to be the following day

The water was leaking from the bathtub and we were unable to sleep. There were no other rooms available and we had to stay. There was no toilet paper when we first got to our room. The air conditioner would work from time to time and it was extremely hot. The staff did the best they could given that we had so many issues
