The closeness to hospital. the girl at the desk was very friendly and nice. she appeared to be the only person working there during our stay.

very noisy, very hot on the second floor. no room service. towels get changed only every 3 days. we had to ask for more towels. I don’t reuse towels. from an infection standpoint I wouldn’t want to wipe my private area one day and wipe my face with it the next day. the room wasn’t checked during our stay. we had only one tissue in the box for our stay. I wouldn’t pay that much to stay there again unless it was absolutely necessary.

dirty, outdated, door wouldn't lock.if you need a place to lay your head it works. we traveled from Virginia and arrived a day early the other hotel was booked solid.

Lighting to enter from the highway. There is no signage to tell you that you have to go through auto dealership to get to motel.

The location was perfect for our needs. The facility was very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The lobby looks great; clean, modern, and comfortable.

The room was dated, but fine. The rubber shower mat was old and a bit slippery. We wish the staff had enforced the mask rule posted everywhere, but understand how futile it can be in that position.

It was close to our destination.

(1) the signage to get into the hotel was poor and not lit, we missed entrance twice.; (2) the room smelled like smoke; (3) the fridge didn't work; (4) upon checking out at 10:02am, we asked to fill our water bottles at the vending machine and were told no because they closed at 10:00am. We were walking out the door, wanted water for our trip and was told we had to buy water. We were shocked by the way we were treated by the morning manager.

Breakfast bar ran out of some foods. Poor signage for entrance to hotel from road. Difficult to communicate with desk attendant.

Breakfast. No selection, partially caused by covid, but there are foods that would work. Wil we are aware that finding people to work at minimum wage is difficult, I found it insulting that an envelope was left suggesting you tip. But there was no room service at all for the three nights we stayed. We were rarely in the room so it did not matter. Sign was difficult to see.

Traffic was loud and people above us were loud. Furniture didn’t fit room and the facilities were ok but expensive.

The check-in young woman was nice. The ice machine was good. We were able to ask for clean towels.

For the amount of money we paid, we would have liked the beds to have been made for the 3 nights we were there, the floor to be vacuumed, and the waste baskets to be emptied. One of the side doors was often propped open, making security questionable.

How close the hotel was to the highway

Everything else about the hotel. This room should have been less than $100 a night based on the "quality" of the room. If we had an option to leave we would have. There was dirt/mold rings in the toilet, the toilet cover was broken by the flushing handle, and the other corner - so you could easily get cut, the tub was so gross I wouldn't take a shower - from the black mold on the ceiling to the dirt on the tub surface, there was hair left in the sink, the backsplash had clearly not been cleaned since the last time the mirror was installed because all of the drywall particles are still sitting on the edge of the granite, it seems like the bed frame was broken on the right side, so the bed leaned towards the right headboard corner, and to top it off there was fruit flies in our room. I think I slept a total of one hour and couldn't get out fast enough in the morning.
