Beds were comfortable.

The staff was rude from the moment we arrived. We were there for a funeral and had been out of state prior dealing with arrangements and were exhausted. We overslept a little and called down to say we’d be late and were told we had 20 mins (making it 11:40) or we’d be charged a full day on the day of the funeral to top it off. Mind you we stayed 3 nights in all and had to change rooms multiple times. Night two was the night we overslept and we also stayed in a king suite w a jacuzzi which didn’t work right. upon entering the room it smelled like something was dead in there. when I mentioned it no one seemed to care and I was too tired to fight about moving yet AGAIN. I will NEVER stay here again!! Oh and if our family were to come they wouldn’t be allowed to use any of the amenities such as bar or pool. Thankfully other family stayed elsewhere so we could all be together during this time. So if ur solo and don’t mind taking a gamble on cleanliness of a room and love rude desk clerks this is the best bang for your buck. Disappointing for sure and I won’t even look in a Best Western direction EVER again!

The staff weren’t very friendly and water spending $800 or more on rooms had the audacity to ultimatum our family on the day of a funeral to be out by 11:40 or pay for a half day. internet never works and room 200 was disgusting smelling. when I tried to book with the front desk person they were too busy to help me. did it thru the app and got a handicap room with no way of fixing it. I will NEVER A STAY at a best western ever again

Breakfast was fabulous! This is by far the best free breakfast offered by any hotel that I have stayed in. There were many options (both hot and cold) to choose from and everything was delicious. The staff attending the buffet was very attentive and monitored it closely to refresh the items as needed and to keep the area clean and neat. The layout of the buffet was excellent and allowed for good traffic flow.

The only small criticism I have is that the toilet paper was way too thin, and for the quality of this hotel, should have been better.

I lov the place and the friendly staff

They had a really good breakfast. A lot more than most of the places we book. Rooms are newly updated. Clean carpet and some tile. Staff was nice.

My wife wanted a cup of coffee when we got back to the room. sorry to say, the coffee maker would not work. Called down to the desk to see if someone could help. She was going to bring a whole different maker to us, but there were no more to be had. I thought that was a little strange that they had no more for back up. My did get it to work the next morning, but it would not make a second cup for me. We were told that they have coffee in the lobby 24/7, but that was an inconvenience at that time. Just a little glitch.
