Dismal dark and dreary decor , shabby worn furniture..poor lighting in the room, not possible to read with the lighting..clean bed and room.. really depressing atmosphere.

i love this place! it is really comfortable and welcoming. staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are very comfortable, big, and well equipped with everything you need.
I do think the hotel needs to offer a better breakfast though. There are not many choices and, especially, for people with health issues. if you have diabetes, or you are celiac, or you are vegetarian, you need to bring your own food.

Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, fireplace lit up in lobby was welcoming, staff was kind and friendly.
No cleaning service. Had to call down to request bathroom essentials. Towels in bathroom were gray/ dingy. Television did not work our entire trip. We notified the front desk several times but it was not resolved. We received a 10% discount on our room at check out for this. Carpeting is old and dirty.

Complimentary breakfast available before heading out for the day was nice, great location as well as customer service, Keyshia was exceptional, appreciated her offer to make fresh pot of coffee upon our evening arrival♡
Keeping up with replenishing food items during morning breakfast rush was attempted but overheard other guests commenting they were going to Kwik Trip so they could get something to eat. Gal working area was kind and pleasant and trying.

The room was very spacious. Very beautiful hotel and location. We enjoyed that so many things to do was close to the hotel. The park was beautiful on the river.
The pool was cold and small. Not much room to swim around for the kids.

Separate bedroom. Full kitchen. TV worked well.
Some noise from the pool area. Light bedcover and difficult to fine tune the heat. Either too hot or too cold. Breakfast not very healthy... biscuits and gravy and waffles.

It was nice inside, nice rooms and staff. Breakfast was very good and the 2 workers who took care of that area kept it clean. They also kept the drinks and food filled up. It was very busy and they did a greT job with a positive attitude.
It was a little noisy. The TV in the living area was super low, so it was sort of awkward watching it.

only one ice machine in the hotel , pillows were yellow and stained under the pillow cases, mattress protector was stained, coffee pot was dusty/ dirty in the water reservoir

Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Close to the La Crosse center and many restaurants.
