This is a great place. Walking distance to Canal Park or they also have a daily shuttle service! One of the nicest complimentary breakfast set ups we’ve ever seen. Gift shop, fireplace w/seating area indoors and also outdoor! Nice pool & hot tub and heated towels!

The breakfast was fantastic. The girls at front desk were also fantastic. We used to stay at South Pier Inn about a block away. It just got expensive with no real extra's. We decided to try your place. Way more affordable. Full breakfast. And swimming pool and hot tub. We loved finishing our evening with a couple beers on our balcony. We'll be back! Thank you!
We arrived early and couldn't get in before 4pm. No biggie, we understand rules. We arrived back at exactly 4 and room still wasn't ready. They knew we were already there and got us a different room so we could get in. That was so minor though it didn't bother us much at all. And by early I mean we were a half hour early.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect! Close to the Canal and downtown area. There was also access to the beach about 1-2 blocks from the hotel. We had a 'land view' room, but still a great view of Duluth. The staff were great!!! Friendly and helpful. My daughter really liked the s'mores bar in the eveing. Really like the lounge as well. Definitely will be booking a stay there again in the future.
