Nice variety of breakfast but ran out of several items they served. Plus, they also need another waffle maker, One is not enough. Very clean rooms.

Requested daily housekeeping to the check in lady at the time we checked in. She said she would make that notation on our room for us. When returned to our room the first afternoon we had no housekeeping so we called to request fresh towels (wash clothes AND bath towels) AND waste baskets emptied. When we returned to our room the second time that same afternoon there were no bath towels left, just wash clothes and hand towels PLUS no waste baskets emptied. The second and third final days of our stay=NO HOUSEKEEPING.

The breakfast was OK. Found it hard to believe that they didn't have any eggs.

The hide-a-bed was terrible. I felt every spring. Every time I rolled over, I woke up because of the springs. In fact, my upper leg was bruised.

The location of the hotel was great.

This hotel is filthy. We went from one room to another and it was so bad. It was filthy, dusty, the kitchen in the room was awfully dirty with trash from the prior guest and dirty dishes, dirty microwave and refrigerator, the bathroom had a dirty and smelly shower curtain with stains just and overall awful experience and just nasty. The hallways of the hotel were dirty, the carpet was dirty with stains everywhere, the elevators didn’t work only 2 out of the 6 elevator this building has. Overall it was an awful stay. It did not meet any standards of cleanliness at all specially the fact that this is a prime location in downtown and a “Hilton” property. The entire housekeeping staff should be fired because they are lazy. Pictures don’t do justices to how nasty it was. My son and I left sick sneezing with allergies.
