Very friendly and helpful staff

Close to the highway and noisy. No good restaurants close by

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I was surprised at how much they offered for a weekday breakfast. The food was hot and fresh and they had a large assortment of teas, coffee, and juices available. Also they had some fun waffle toppings that kids would enjoy. I also appreciated that they had games available to borrow if we brought our kids with us. They offered us waters upon check-in which was a nice touch. I noticed a tray of fresh cookies too. They mentioned also that the fitness center and pool were now 24/7! I wish I wasn't so tired that day or I definitely would have enjoyed the pool. The fitness center was a good size and the pool looked very clean. I will definitely be considering all Hilton hotels now that I've had such an enjoyable stay at this one!

I really can't complain about much. Really it is just nit-picking. I did sign into my Disney+ account and was glad to see that upon checking out they would have signed it out; however I manually signed it out anyway after we were done just in case it didn't sign it out for me. Also the pillows were just so fluffy! That's not really a problem, but if you like firm pillows, bring your own.

Loved the soap, shampoo and conditioner--I wish they would sell it as an ongoing memory of this type of hotel--I also loved the breakfast, coffee, wine and dining area with tables. I loved the pool.

Price of $200 a night is way too expensive to consider travel as I did in the past

No hot tub and the swimming pool was dirty and cold.
