It’s beautiful, the location is perfect & the room is so charming!!!

WiFi could be stronger.

Great location walking distance to town with restaurants and shops. Take advantage of the outdoor space with firepits on the water!

Limited parking for the number of guests. If you arrive too late, you may not get a parking spot.

Perfect Vermont feel and Barbara was so nice and made check in easy.

the location in woodstok was ideal to stroll into town. the room was warm - as in temperature. the bed was faily comfortable. the room was big.

every single shower we took was was cold. when trying to correspond via the number provided i never got responses. i asked for the hot water situation to be rectified and was completely ignored. i never saw a staff member. the "coffee bar" is a keurig with some pods and coffee mate. i restocked the coffee mate one morning because there wasn't anymore out. the decor in the room was sparse and worn but not shabby. would have been nice to have a coffee station IN the room vs by the cold front door. just a few changes could improve this place. i never went into the main building to see whatever their snack pantry thing was but when i looked it up, it seemed like a glorified vending machine. all in all, i won't be back.
